OptimX Securities Receives OSC Exemptive Relief to Provide Institutional Liquidity Services

WESTPORT, CT – September 9, 2026

OptimX Markets, a pioneer in bilateral liquidity management, today announced that its wholly owned broker-dealer subsidiary, OptimX Securities LLC, has received exemptive relief from the Ontario Securities Commission to provide liquidity discovery and order support technology services relating to Canadian securities to Institutional Permitted Clients in Canada.

The relief enables OptimX Securities to bring its workflow-integrated liquidity technology to the Canadian institutional market while operating within the existing Canadian market structure1.

The authorization marks another step in OptimX’s continued expansion and supports the firm’s mission to provide institutional market participants with efficient, workflow-integrated access to targeted liquidity opportunities.
